“I’ve battled with my weight & image all of my life, my relationship with food wasn’t a healthy one!  Being a victim of bullying throughout my childhood due to my size & secondary school years were extremely hard. I was removed from school to be tutored at home; weight continued to increase over the years as food was always a comfort.

 
When I was 26 there was a huge turning point, again being victimised for my weight this time publicly online, it left me feeling extremely depressed & low and something needed to change. 
In 2007 I began a life-changing journey, My Interest in food turned into a positive one, with fantastic support I learnt to choose healthy foods, never go hungry & feel good about myself again. This complete transformation is where my obsession with zebras started and my new unique style was born.

 

After 2 years of healthy eating & a complete re-education around nutrition, my eating habits & some serious lifestyle changes,  I achieved my target weight & a healthy BMI.11 years on, I am still maintaining my weight with over 8 1/2 stone weight loss. Losing weight has changed my life in so many ways. I am not only healthier but happier, I now enjoy educating both individuals & families on staying healthy and living healthier lifestyles.

 

Community spirit is very important to me I support local charities & organise several charity events every year, my followers & I have raised £12,000.00 for St Margaret’s Hospice Yeovil in the last few years, a charity very close to my heart as I lost my mum to breast cancer in 2013.

 

 My love for helping others feel good about themselves has more recently developed into beauty, another interest of mine. I am also a Beauty Ambassador for The Body Shop at Home and offer skincare consultations & pamper parties. These can be held via zoom or in your own home, showcasing a full range of cruelty-free beauty products to try before you buy!
